Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured. Screws missing in the main drain cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL THE DRAIN COVERS ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. USE ALL FOR SCREWS.

Comments
Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covesr (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 6/27/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 6/27/2026. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded.

Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately.

THE ELECTRICAL CONDUIT UNDER THE CHLORINE PUMP IS CORRODED. THE CONDUIT SHOULD BE REPLACED.

THE WATER TEST KIT IS MISSING CAPS FOR THE TEST CELLS. CAPS NEED TO BE REPLACED SO TESTING CAN BE PROPERLY PERFORMED.
