Inspection Information

Facility Type: Spa

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

Inspection Date: 25-June-2020

Comments
When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm

The Certificate of Compliance was not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.
Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (AquaStar WAV12) was installed on 5/31/2019. The cover has a 5 yr lifespan and must be replaced before 5/31/2024.
