Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.

KEEP DOCUMENTATION OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER ANNUAL INSPECTION AVAILABLE AT THE POOL.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the lifeguard room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 5-14-19. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-14-26. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 400 gpm

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
