Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. -The flow switch on the ACC was not recorded as being tested in the last 6 weeks. -Test the flow switch monthly and document it on the records.
Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

-The next inspection in early 2024 will include an inventory of equipment. Ensure the certificates of compliance for the main drain covers are available for review by the next standard inspection.
-The free chlorine levels are being maintained at the lowest permitted levels. Advise monitoring the chlorine levels closely, as changes in chemistry can happen quickly, and the water will not be properly disinfected when the free chlorine is less than 1ppm.
