Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. The skimmer equalizer outlets pose a limb entrapment hazard.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL VGB COMPLIANT COVERS OVER THE SKIMMER EQUALIZER OUTLETS OR PLUG THE OUTLET AT THE POOL WALL TO ELIMINATE THE LIMB ENTRAPMENT HAZARD. Correct By: 03-Jul-2021

Corrected During Inspection Cross connection hazards were present. The hose bib on the outside of the equipment room did not have a backflow preventer.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. PLACE AN ASSE 1011 BACKFLOW PREVENTER ON THE HOSE BIB. Correct By: 01-Jul-2021
