[?] Inspection Type: Standard

Inspection Date: 01-August-2023

Comments
Observed the bag of chemicals that was stored on the floor in the equipment room had been relocated since the last inspection.

When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm. This corrected alkalinity reading is to be documented on the reports when using cyanuric acid.

NOTE THE REPEAT VIOLATIONS. PROMPTLY ADDRESS AND CORRECT THESE ISSUES.

With no documentation on the installation date for the floor drains, they will need to be replaced. Keep certificates of compliance with installation dates on file for review.
