| The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for the next standard inspection. The drained pool water is discharged into the nearby retention pond; it is not drained into a sanitary sewer. Provide documentation from Ohio EPA that this type of discharge is approved. Document the times the water chemistry is being tested. Since there is no Automatic Chemical Controller, the pH and free chlorine are to be tested every 4 hours. pH and water temperature are to be recorded once per day, and alkalinity and cyanuric acid are to recorded weekly. |
