[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Obseved the free chlorine is not being tested and recorded at least every 12 hours that the pool is open. -Test and record the free chlorine before swimmers enter the pool and at least every 12 hours the pool is open.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Oberved the combined chlorine is not being tested and recorded regularly. -Ensure the combinecd chlorine is being tested prior to swimmers entering the water and at least every 12 hours the pool is open.
If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. .
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. -Observed the alkalinity reading were not being recorded. -Ensure alkalinity is being tested and recorded at least weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH to be 7.0. -Adjust the pH in the pool to be between 7.2-7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. -Observed most of the reagents in the test kit were recently expired. -Replace any expired reagents.

-Discussed the floor drains. Locate the certificates of compliance with the installation dates and have them available for review by January 2024. Keep a copy of them on file in the pool office.

-Discussed the frequencies required for testing the water quality and disinfectant. Provided a guidance document for required frequencies via email.
