3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEMS AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR CLOSED AND TREATED THE POOL AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THE WATER WAS TESTED AGAIN AFTER 15 MINUTES. FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS 2.0 PPM. OPERATOR WAS INSTRUCTED TO CHECK THE CHLORINE LEVEL AGAIN IN 1 HOUR. Correct By: 16-Aug-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. ELIMINATE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE WHERE IT IS GREATER THAN 4 INCHES.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. RECORD THE ACC FLOW SWITCH TEST ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEET. Correct By: 18-Aug-2022
