Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Drain Covers are expired. Existing covers do not have adequate flow rating.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPLACE DRAIN COVERS WITH COVERS THAT HAVE A FLOW RATING OF AT LEAST 440 GPM.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPLACE FLOW METER.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
