Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. REPAINT THE DEPTH MARKINGS ON THE DECK. "NO DIVING" SIGNS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR WADING POOLS. Correct By: 27-Jul-2021

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room.

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar/Hayward WAV 12/WG1032B) were installed on 5-23-19. The covers have a 5/7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-23-24 and 5-23-26.

THE SCREWS IN ONE MAIN DRAIN DO NOT APPEAR TO BE FULLY SEATED. IF POSSIBLE, THE SCREWS SHOULD BE FLUSH WITH THE COVER SURFACE.

THE SKIMMER DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DRAWING ANY WATER OR VERY LITTLE. CHECK OUT THE CIRCULATION THROUGH THE SKIMMER AND INCREASE IF NEEDED.
