Cross connection hazards were present. The main fill line is directly connected to the circulation system.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL A BACKFLOW PREVENTER ASSE 1013 ON THE FILL LINE, OR PROVIDE AN AIR GAP ON THE FILL LINE. PRIOR INSPECTION INDICATED THAT THE FILL WATER WAS SUPPLIED THROUGH A HOSE FROM A HOSE BIB WITH A ASSE 1011 BACKFLOW PREVENTER. Correct By: 01-Apr-2018

THE FLOW METER WAS MOVED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHICH IS 18.5 INCHES DOWNSTREAM FROM THE ELBOW ON A 2 INCH PIPE AND 18 INCHES UPSTREAM FROM THE ELBOW. IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE IT WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO BE MOVED AT THIS TIME.

REPAIRS MUST BE MADE TO THE CHLORINATOR SO THAT IT WILL CONSISTENTLY PRODUCE THE REQUIRED LEVEL OF CHLORINE.

PER THE CONVERSATION WILL THE MANUFACTURER OF THE VAC ALERT SVRS, THE INSTALLATION ON A COMMON LINE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE IF WHEN THE TEST FOR FUNCTIONING IS PERFORMED THE SKIMMER LINES ARE TURNED OFF.
