| Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 5-14-19. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-14-26. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 460 gpm The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately NO VIOLATIONS SEEN |
