[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Outlet covers were not secured. -Observed a missing screw in one of the drain covers. PIC reports the hole was stripped the last time the pool was resurfaced.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical Corrected During Inspection -Observed the sand filter media had been removed from the filter, and small, "pool filter balls" were placed inside the filter as a filter media. -The Triton sand filter used does not list this alternate "pool filter balls" as an approved filter media. -The PIC voluntarily closed the pool. Unless the facility can provide documentation from ODH or Triton stating that this filter media is an approved alternative, or sand is used as a filter media again, the pool is to remain closed.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not operational at the time of the inspection.
Promptly repair or replace the flow meter.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH to be 7.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Correct By: 03-May-2023

The incorrect filter media being used with the current filter is a critical operational item and poses an imminent health hazard. THE POOL MUST IMMEDIATELY CLOSE UNTIL THE VIOLATION IS CORRECTED AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT VERIFIES COMPLIANCE. Call the Health Department when the correction has been made at 440-322-6367.
