3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL VGB COMPLIANT COVERS OVER EQUALIZER OUTLETS
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS VIOLATION IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. CLOSE POOL UNTIL CORRECTED. OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL AND TREATED THE POOL AT TIME OF INSPECTION. HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO RETEST THE POOL BEFORE REOPENING.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Actuating devise on gate not 38" above ground.
MOVE ACTUATING DEVISE AT LEAST 38" ABOVE THE GROUND ON THE GATE.
