Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed no reading on flow meter.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. Repair and or replace flow meter to determine turnover rates.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Gate to wading pool is left open. Gate does not close and latch automatically and therefore does not prevent unauthorized access to unsupervised children.
Wading pool gate should remain closed and access should not be availble to children unless monitored by an adult. Repair and or replace wading pool area door so that door closes and latches automatically

Repeat Observed gate to pool area unlocked. Magnetic mechanise is inoperative.
Repair and or replace magnetic entry system to prevent accidental death and drowning.
