| ENSURE THAT THE SAFETY LINE IS UP WHEN THERE IS OPEN SWIM EVEN IF THE LAP LANE LINE IS UP. CHECK THE FENCE FOR SECURITY AT ITS BOTTOM AROUND THE GROUND. KEEP THE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS WHERE THEY CAN BE EASILY OBTAINED FOR VIEWING FOR MAINTENANCE STAFF AND FOR HEALTH INSPECTION. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-FGD-1212) were installed on 5-13-19. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 5-13-29. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately. When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm |
