Repeat Condensation was accumulating on the walls, doors and/or windows of the pool area.
Repair the ventilation system so that condensation does not accumulate in the pool area. VENTILATION SYSTEM WAS BEING WORKED ON AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times. REPLACE THE MISSING ROPE ON THE RING BUOY. ROPE MUST BE 1/4" DIAMETER AND AT LEAST 30' LONG. Correct By: 18-Apr-2023
