3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -The free chlorine levels are not being recorded. ENSURE THE FREE CHLORINE LEVELS ARE BEING RECORDED AT LEAST EVERY 12 HOURS THE POOL IS OPEN.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Correct By: 16-Jun-2023

Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Observed the combined chlorine is not being tested daily. Only the total cholorine is being recorded. ENSURE THE COMBINED CHLORINE IS BEING RECORDED DAILY.
If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. . Correct By: 16-Jun-2023

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not functioning properly during the inspection. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. -Observed the depth markers and no diving signs were peeling off the deck and missing on one side of the pool. REPLACE THE DEPTH MARKERS/DECK WARNING SIGNS.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. Correct By: 22-Jun-2023
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. -Observed the DPD #2 reagent in the test kit was expired. REPLACE THE DPD #2 REAGENT.
