The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 642-3630v SPC-3) were installed on 9/11/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 9/11/2026. Since the pool is used primarily as a therapy pool and the pool is located at a medical facility, the local health department decided that the water temperature can exceed 90 degrees, if no health or safety hazards exist and no strenuous activity takes place in the pool. This decision is subject to review and change. If the pool is used exclusively as a therapy pool, no license is required from the local health department.
