Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed the flow rate to be below the required flow rate to achieve the required turnover rate of 240 minutes. -EVALUATE AND ADJUST THE SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE TURNOVER RATE IS MET.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. Correct By: 09-Jun-2023
