| The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV12) were installed 3/26/2019. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 3/26/2024. KEEP EQUIPMENT ROOM DOOR LOCKED. REMOVE BLACK TAPE ON CIRCULATION PIPE IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM. |
