Comments
Our records show: The main drain suction outlet cover (AquaStar 8MF and AuuaStar WAV12) was installed 7-27-2018. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 7-27-2023.

-When the pool is closed for the night post a sign on the fence stating "DANGER: POOL CLOSED"

MONITOR THE CYA LEVEL. CYA MUST BE 70 PPM OR LOWER. THE ONLY WAY TO LOWER CYA IS TO DRAIN PART OF THE POOL WATER AND REFILL WITH FRESH WATER.

When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA reading = 70 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm - (70/3) = 57 ppm
