Critical Outlet covers were not secured. One screw is missing in one cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL MISSING SCREW IN THE COVER. USE ONLY STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS THAT WERE SUPPLIED WITH THE COVER. Correct By: 01-Apr-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The pressure gauge on the filter was not working.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR THE PRESSURE GAUGE ON TOP OF THE FILTER. Correct By: 01-Apr-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Wate level was at the top of the skimmer.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. LOWER THE WATER LEVEL TO THE MIDDLE ON THE SKIMMER OPENING. Correct By: 01-Apr-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y) / Chemicals are properly stored/used
Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. PLACE LABEL ON THE CHLORINE TANK. Correct By: 13-Apr-2021

Our records indicate that the main drain suction outlet cover (Waterway 640-472xV) was installed 3/15/2021. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 3/15/2028.

Start keeping water test records ASAP.
