| The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1048E) were installed 9-22-23. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 9-22-28. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. |
