| Equipment requiring ODH plan approval has been replaced since the last inventory report dated 6-14-17. The StaRite S7M120 Cartirdge Filter was replaced with a Pentair Tritton II TR-100C filter. The disinfectant feeder was replaced between 2015 and 2016 without approval from ODH. The Rainbow 300-29X erosion feeder was replaced with a Stenner 45M5 pump. |
