Cross connection hazards were present. -Observed there was not a proper air gap for the pool discharge. -CUT BACK THE DISCHARGE PIPE TO CREATE A TRUE AIR GAP TO THE SANITARY SEWER.

Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room.
Our records indicate that 2 Aquastar 12x12 drain covers were installed on 5/26/2023. The drain covers have a 5 year life span and expire on 5/26/2028.
The operator is aware of the critical operation items and reportedly would close the pool when an imminent health hazard is present.

The operator noted that a new shepherds hook and a new flow switch are on order and should arrive within 2 weeks.

A flow switch test should be recorded monthly.
