ENSURE THAT THE EMERGENCY PHONE WORKS AND THAT THE GUARDS KNOW HOW TO USE IT. DOES IT DUAL DIRECTLY TO 9-1-1 WHEN THE RECEIVER IS PICKED UP?

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar A10RCFR) were installed on 6-29-21. The cover have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 6-29-26

The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One is supplied with this report. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.
