Record the disinfectant level as Bromine if Bromine is used.

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (AquaStar/Hayward WAV 12/WG1032B) was installed on 5-23-19. The cover has a 5/7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-23-24 and 5-23-26.
The Certificate of Compliance was not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.
