The test results for the SVRSs must be kept on site for review. TEST AND RECORD THE EMOTROM AND STRATRUM (SVRSs) FOR THE CIRCULATION PUMP AND JET PUMP AND AND RECORD THE RESULTS ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEET ON THE LINE FOR SVRS WHICH CAN BE FOUND JUST UNDER THE ACC FUNCTION LINE.

Critical Repeat Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. LABEL THE CHLORINE TANK.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY.
