3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Acc control is at 615 indicating a low chloring residual.
Close pool until equipment is repaired and or chlorine is above 1ppm of free chlorine.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. -Observed a deficency in record keeping.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. -Records of pool testing is required to be accomplished daily when pool is open. -If pool is closed, an annotation (POOL CLOSED) is required to be noted in the day or days that the pool is closed.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. -Observed free chlorine below 1ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. -Post pool as closed due to maintenance and repair defective equipment. -Call HD when repairs are completed.
