Critical ACC control is at 270 which indicates a low chlorine
Provide liquid chlorine to disinfect pool to minimum 1 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. -Observed the last entry on records June 8th of 2022. Pool is only being tested one time each week.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Records are availlable but pool testing is only test once a week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed gate magnetic locking system malfunctioning.
Adjust gate mechanism and spring hinges.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. -Observed free Chlorine at "0" during my inspection.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. Pool was closed by Mark Vrbancic HOA treasure.
