3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed the flow rate to be below the required minimum to achieve the turnover rate of 480 minutes. ADJUST THE FLOW IN THE SYSTEM TO AT LEAST 53gpm.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the gauge on top of the filter was not functional at the time of inspection. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FILTER GAUGE.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Correct By: 26-Jul-2023
