Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Observed the free chlorine is not being recorded every day the pool is open or every 4 hours the pool is open as required. -Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours.

Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. -Observed there are days the pool is not documented as being closed that the water temperture was not recorded. -Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.

Repeat Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. -Observed reagents were expired. -Obtain fresh reagents.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. -Observed the shepherd's hook had been removed from the reach pole. -Repair or replace the shepherd's hook.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working. -Observed the emergency phone does not work. -Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
