Repeat Deck surfaces (dividing wall) had standing water.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring. PROVIDE FOR DRAINAGE FOR THE DIVIDING WALL THAT NOW HOLDS WATER. Correct By: 21-Mar-2023

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-FGD-1818) were installed 3/13/2020. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 3/13/2030. Maximum flow rating is 816 gpm.

THE UV LIGHT APPEARS NOT TO BE FUNCTIONING AND SHOULD BE REPAIRED. THE UV LIGHT HELPS REDUCE COMBINE CHLORINE AS WELL AS DISINFECTS THE WATER
