Since the pool is used primarily as a therapy pool and the pool is located at a medical facility the local health department has made the decision that the water temperature can exceed 90 degrees if no health or safety hazards exist and no strenuous activity takes place in the pool. This decision is subject to review and change. If the pool is used exclusively as a therapy pool, no license is required from the local health department.
