Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.

THE PROPOSED DRAIN COVERS FOR THE MAIN DRAINS HAVE A FLOW RATING THAT WILL NOT MEET THE FLOW REQUIREMENTS OF THE POOL. THE MINIMUM FLOW FOR THE POOL IS 408 GPM. THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS MUST HAVE A FLOW RATING OF AT LEAST 408 GPM.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
