Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPLACE THE PRESSURE AND VACUUM GAUGES ON THE JET PUMP. POST THE JET PUMP CURVE ALONG WITH THE CALCULATION FOR DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE Correct By: 09-Jul-2019

Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. REPAIR THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER FLOW SWITCH IF NECESSARY. TEST/RECORD THE ACC MONTHLY. Correct By: 27-Jun-2019
