Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Testing is not done every day pool is open.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. TEST AND RECORD WATER QUALITY EVERY DAY POOL IS OPEN. SEE HANDOUT.

Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Flow rate exceeded the maximum allowable flow for the filter.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REDUCE THE FLOW RATE TO 48 GPM OR LESS.

Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Weir in skimmer does not move.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AVSCO A+A Manu AVSC 8x32 ) were installed 10/23/2018. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10/23/2025.

The operator was given tips on water testing to improve the accuracy of the results. Acceptable water chemistry and necessary corrective actions were reviewed. Water testing and record keep and critical operating items handout given with this report
