Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. No water quality readings were recorded for previous three (3) days.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) / Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps shall have an air gap and remain open to freely drain.
Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.

Flow meter was not operating.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Temporary fencing was installed. Remove and replace with original fencing.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
