[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)(i) / A vinyl liner used to make pool water tight
Repeat A liner, other than vinyl, was used to repair the swimming pool. Observed staining on walls of pool.
If a liner is going to be used to make an existing pool water-tight, it must be a vinyl liner of an approved color.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(v) / Discharge of water from a public swimming pool shall be in accordance with OEPA.
Repeat Water from the pool was not being discharged to a sanitary sewage system.
Provide documentation that the method of water discharge is approved by the OEPA.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(e) / Equipment identification labels are maintained or on file
Repeat Equipment identification labels were not maintained and/or not on file.
Replace the missing equipment labels or have the proper equipment information on site for each piece of equipment.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. Flow meter observed at 50gpm. Minimum flow rate is 61gpm (per volume of pool/turnover rate).
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. Paint "No Dving" markers on pool deck.
