Cross connection hazards were present. There is not a backflow preventer on the hose bib in the equipment room.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL AN ASSE 1011 BACKFLOW PREVENTER ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM. Correct By: 03-Jul-2020
