| It was noted during the inspection that a pressure relief valve had recently released on one of the cartridge filters. The valve had been replaced and the filter was noted to be running high (psi on top gauge) again. It was stated that a new filter design was being investigated. If this design is approved for installation it must first be approved by ODH. So be sure to submit a change of equipment form, to ODH before installation begins. |
