Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR/REPLACE THE FLOW METER. ENSURE THAT THE INSTALLATION IS ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS

Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. REPAINT THE NO DIVING SIGNS NO MORE THAN 25 FT APART AND NO MORE THAN 24 INCHES FROM THE EDGE OF THE WATER.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
