3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant.Two handrails to the steps are loose.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. TIGHTEN THE HANDRAILS TO THE STEPS. Correct By: 11-Apr-2018
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
