Repeat Cross connection hazards were present. One backflow preventer was installed on the hose bib outside the pump room, but two hose bibs inside the pump room still are not protected from backflow.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS ON THE 2 HOSE BIBS INSIDE THE PUMP ROOM.
