Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation CONTACT HEALTH DEPARTMENT WAS REPAIR/REPLACED TO REINSPECT PRIOR TO OPERATING THE POOL AND SPA.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
