Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THE OPERATOR WAS INFORMED TO CLOSE THE POOL UNTIL CORRECTED. CALL ME BEFORE REOPENING.

Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. TIGHTEN THE HANDRAIL TO THE STEPS.
