Corrected During Inspection Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Flow rate exceeded filter maximum rate.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. THE FLOW RATE WAS REDUCED TO 48 GPM AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. MAINTAIN THE FLOW RATE BETWEEN 32 AND 48 GPM.

Cross connection hazards were present. The hose bib in the equipment room is not protected from backflow.
