Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers was not available. One was provided and posted in the equipment room. Keep the COC available at the pool in the future.
Out records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Waterway 640-472xV) was installed 5/18/2015. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/18/2022.

Keep the chemical SDS (MSDS) in the equipment room and have available the PPE for handling chemicals.
